This is a community event, organized by members of the community, and is free and open to the public! 

Do you care for someone who has dementia? Join Corinne Case, Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), to discuss issues related to those who care for loved ones with dementia.

This class will use mini bands and other sparse equipment (tennis balls), and bodyweight exercises that make fitness simple and more accessible.

Are you interested in playing American Mahjong?  Join a Mahjong group that meets every Monday afternoon.  Several experienced players will be here to lead the group and teach others how to play.

Are you interested in writing your memoir, or have you already started to write it?  Would you like to talk with others who are doing the same? Then this group is for you!
