Looking for a way to reduce or address your stress? Please join Will Raymond for some relaxation! Each session will feature 20 minutes of silent mindfulness practice, followed by an informal discussion about practical steps to lower your stress level in body, heart, and mind.
This series of four classes is based on the research and programs developed by the UMASS Medical School Center for Mindfulness.
The course is open to all, whether you have experience or not!
