Event Details
This class will use mini bands and other sparse equipment (tennis balls), and bodyweight exercises that make fitness simple and more accessible. My fitness classes are taught for all levels so people can make the workout easy or hard just by choosing a different band.
Taught by Devin Raber, who you may also know from All Levels Yoga! Please bring your own yoga mat.
