Purpose of Meeting
The Williamstown Garden Club will have a short, general club meeting, followed by a talk by Rene Wendell of the Western Massachusetts Land Conservancy.
Rene's talk is entitled, "Early Detection of Exotic Invasives – What’s Next?” He will review the more recent invasive species that have arrived in Berkshire County. With Rene’s first-hand experience, he will discuss their identification, habitat preferences and why it’s important to be on the lookout for them.
