Event Details

Please come to the library and enjoy a Jazz Concert!  A delightfully eclectic jazz trio, the StarCats play Swing, Latin Jazz, Blues and Retro-Pop. Leading the StarCats, Sarah Clay (voice/flute) thrills with crystalline vocals and haunting woodwind tones. Draa Hobbs (guitar) spins a web of shimmering chords and dazzling improvisation. Steve Bulmer (upright bass) lays down a sweet, rhythmic groove that soothes the soul.

This concert program, Games People Play, explores stressful relationships and head games: music for an unsettled mind.

Praised by the Gazette as “impressive, delightful” and by the 1794 Meetinghouse as “Hot music on a hot night!” the StarCats have performed with acclaim throughout New England.

The concert will take place outside, on library grounds, if the weather is clear. Otherwise, the StarCats will perform in the Community Room.

We hope to see you there!
