Program Description

Event Details

Tour the night sky, with Dr. Kevin Flaherty of the Williams College Astronomy Department!  He will draw your attention to the Moon and Saturn, working outwards to the colorful double star Albireo, possibly the Ring Nebula (M27), and finally to the Hercules star cluster (M13).  Dr. Flaherty and his students will again bring along their telescope and give everyone the chance to take a closer look.

Please note the building will close at 8:00 pm, but stargazing will take place on the front lawn until 9:00 pm.
