Event Details
“The Poison in Us All,” a documentary by Bloomberg Investigates, explores the origins of PFAS or “forever chemicals” and how they are putting our lives and the lives of future generations at risk. After the film showing (50 minutes), a guest speaker will join us for a discussion over Zoom: Aaron Maruzzo, staff scientist and PFAS expert at the Silent Spring Institute in Newton, MA. Aaron is also a Williams College graduate, and holds an MPH in Environmental Health Sciences from the UC Berkeley School of Public Health.

We are showing this film after Mariah Blake, the author of the book They Poisoned the World: Life and Death in the Age of Forever Chemicals, which the film is based on, spoke about her book at Williams College on October 22nd.
All are welcome!
